This Privacy Policy describes how the NS - Optimizer Chrome extension ("the Extension," "we," "us") handles information in connection with your use of the Extension.
The Extension requires an active membership in the Nezer Shlomo community on Whop. Signing in is the only time the Extension contacts our servers. Your trading data never leaves your browser: strategy parameters, backtest metrics, and optimization results are read from TradingView and stored on your own device. We do not receive them, and the Extension makes no network requests at all while an optimization run is in progress.
By installing or using the Extension, you agree to this policy.
When you sign in, the Extension opens a Whop sign-in window. Whop authenticates you and returns a one-time authorization code to our server, which exchanges it for your Whop profile and checks whether you hold an active membership. The Extension never sees your Whop password.

This is the same account used by the Nezer Shlomo web platform. Your sign-in token is kept in Chrome's local storage on your device. Membership is re-checked only before an optimization run starts — never during one, so a long run cannot be interrupted by a sign-in problem. Signing out removes the token from your device.
We do not send your trading data, strategy parameters, or results to Whop or to our server at any point.
The Extension uses Chrome's local storage (chrome.storage.local) to save optimization run history on your computer, so you can resume interrupted runs and review past results. This includes:
This data stays on your device. It is not transmitted to us or to any third party by the Extension.
We do not sell or share user data, and we do not use it for creditworthiness or lending purposes, for advertising, or for any purpose unrelated to the Extension's single purpose.
The Extension requests access only as needed for its single purpose — grid-search optimization of TradingView strategies:

The Extension integrates with Whop solely for sign-in and membership verification; your use of Whop is subject to Whop's own privacy policy and terms. Your use of TradingView is subject to TradingView's own privacy policy and terms. We are not responsible for their practices. The Extension does not integrate with analytics providers, advertising networks, or data brokers.
Account data described in Section 2 is retained for as long as your account exists. Run history stored on your device (Section 3) is under your control and can be cleared at any time by removing the Extension's data in Chrome or uninstalling the Extension.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights of access, correction, deletion, or portability over the account data we hold. To exercise them, contact us using the details in Section 10.
The Extension is not directed at children under 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided information in connection with the Extension, please contact us.
The Extension may be used globally. By using it, you consent to the processing of information as described in this policy.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

No affiliation. NS - Optimizer is an independent project. It is not developed by, endorsed by, or affiliated with TradingView or any of its affiliates. "TradingView" and related marks are the property of their respective owners.
Use at your own risk. You use the Extension at your own risk. We are not responsible for any account restrictions, suspensions, bans, or other actions taken by TradingView or any third party in connection with your use of the Extension. Use of automation or optimization tools may be subject to TradingView's terms of service; you are responsible for complying with those terms.
No warranty. The Extension is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the Extension will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we (and our contributors and affiliates) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or use, arising from or related to your use of the Extension, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Extension (if any), or zero if the Extension was provided free of charge.
No professional advice. The Extension is a tool for parameter optimization only. It does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your trading and investment decisions.
Governing law. These terms and this Privacy Policy are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
